I can honestly say the current state of music is not inspiring at all as we hear a range of artist doing the same thing over and over and failing to take music forward nor touch people`s lives, but there`s always few that stand out from the rest and deserves alot of exposure as they bring something refreshing to ear and makes you relate and be inspired. So I`ve decided to use this platform to showcase some of these talented artist, who are destined for greatness.
I`ve been following ZZ Ward`s music career since she released her stunning mixtape "Eleven Roses" which was a great stepping stone towards the release of her debut album "Til The Casket Drops" which features a interesting mixture of sounds such as the blues, soul and hip-hop infused pop music.
That she laced up with a powerful and soulfully unique vocal styling that calls to mind singers like Joss Stone, Adele and Amy Winehouse. Since the album release she has been touring non-stop and released a few more singles that were sadly overlooked and poorly promoted as they could`ve launched her career to superstar stardom but her time will surely come soon enough.

The New Jersey songstress and first lady of TDE, SZA is a phenomenon talent that has come onto the music scene the past year or so and has create huge buzz around her and backed it all up with releasing her recent project "Z" which has been well received by mostly everyone as it finds her paving her own lane with a unique - alternative R&B sound.
