The California-bred singer Ryn Weaver has premiered the visual for the title track from her upcoming debut studio album titled "The Fool" which will be released on 16 June via Friends Keep Secrets and Interscope Records. The song follows up her Charli XCX-co penned single "OctaHate" and this is what she had to say about it: "I wanted to touch on the shifting power dynamic within relationships in a surrealist, psychedelic medium,""I've come to realize that my own empowerment has the tendency to result in emasculation and a new dependency that only heightens my fear of commitment. When working on the treatment I got a slight Studio Ghibli vibe—let's see if we pulled it off."
