Solange returned to the music scene in 2008 with her second album titled ”Sol-Angel And The Hadley St. Dreams”, which peaked at number 9 on the Billboard 200 with singles :”I Decided”, “Sandcastle Disco”,”T.O.N.Y”. I consider this album her debut album because the real Solange had arrived, owning her own sound and her voice with so much confidence. This album allowed her to showcase her amazing songwriting skills, her beautiful vocal range and stunning retro-old school production. The album was liberating, alluring and free flowing.
My favorite tracks are: “T.O.N.Y”,”Would’ve Been The One”,”Dancing in The Dark”,”Cosmic Journey”,”I Told You So”.
