Anyone who still uses colourism to devalue someone has a slave master mentally as that`s where it came from, it birthed some of the most disgusting and vile racist shit even people who come from the community that subjected to it use to measure the worth of each other. If you had light skin you were viewed as something of worth and beauty and if you were dark skin, you were seen as nothing more than dirt, something to use and abuse. It`s sad that today people are still doing it today which has seen so many people bleaching their skins to measure up and be seen as beautiful. Black of all shades are fucking beautiful and should NEVER allow this type of thinking to mess up who they are as people and how they see themselves.
