Christina Aguilera Hits A Bum Note With "Accelerate"

Christina Aguilera has finally kicked off her new musical era with the release of her new single "Accelerate" which features rappers Ty Dolla $ign and 2 Chainz, the song serves as the first official offering from her forthcoming much-anticipated eighth studio album "Liberation" which is slated to be released on June 15th via RCA, the album will follow up her 2012 album "Lotus".

 "Accelerate" is hands down her weakest single to date as it falls flat across the board, the production sounds poorly put together as the mixture of sounds don`t blend well nor create a strong foundation for her to showcase her vocals perfectly and Ty was a mess throughout as he was all over the place and failed provide anything of substance while 2 Chainz was the only one with a smooth production and outshine the two, with that small moment but it was still not good enough to save the song. It`s not single nor album material at all, it sounds like something that needed to be left on the recording studio floor and blow away like dust. Xtina is so deserving of better than this, weak and very forgettable .
