One tune I've been jamming to over the past weeks comes from the talented singer-songwriter and rapper KaMillion recently signed to Republic Records and dropped her newest single called 'I Heart Banana' which was produced by Bangladesh. Here`s what she had to say about the song :“Well, it was kind of a joke I had been getting some DM’s from some girls that thought I was interested in their dude or whatever, so I was sitting in my room and I heard a dope track and it [the lyrics] just kind of came off the top of my head- like I don’t want him, I’m not interested, it’s okay you’re good, calm down. [laughs] And the Banana part for me, was one of my favorite parts.It kind of put a twist on it and made something that could potentially be vulgar, funny.”
'I Heart Banana' is an upbeat number that she laced up with a saucy lyrics and a colourful vocal delivery and catchy hook, that makes me think of the iconic scene from American Horror Story - Asylum, (The Name Game), it stays in your head.
