Teedra Moses: Love, Music And Other Shit Part 3

Here`s another old but great post from the beautiful and talented songstress Teedra Mosses taken from her myspace page.: Recently I was doing an interview and the interviewer ask me if my boyfriend cheated on me would I want him to come to me and confess. I thought this was a fabulous  question for an interviewer to ask, definitely not the norm. He figured I would need time to think on it, but I answered in haste, "hell no! Ignorance is BLISS." at least in certain situations.

Why would he tell me something to hurt me "n***** just get it right - get it tight and lets continue happy in love." If it is suppose to come to the light it will, he doesn't have to be the vessel. I don't condone cheating but I'm not about extra drama and bullshit either. If this man has any respect for me, he is gonna do everything in his power to keep that dirt swept under a rug. Cause listen, once you know then you are held accountable for what you know. What move you gonna make once you know? If  you don't make the right one you'll open a can of new problems.

Your level of respect will be tarnished and most 9 outta 10 he's/ she's gonna cheat on you again, this time he/she probably won't tell you, he/she'll just be careless with it, (cause they've already gotten away once) and you'll find out on your own. Now once again you have to make the right move, If you make the wrong one you'll find yourself being inspector gadget in all that person`s personal shit.

You'll turn into a crazy bitch/ n*****, you'll find yourself getting outta pocket for every little thing and throwing that incident in his/her face all the time. Your insecurities will grow and your value will begin to diminish. Now is that what you want? Somethings are better off unknown. I know some of  you will disagree and understand I would've disagreed 5 years aqo, but I just realise sometime you have to use logic over emotion. As Long As He Knows What He's Got in Me, as long as my extraordinary is understood.... its easy breezy baby. Know what I mean, what you think?
