The weather began to change and the wardrobe of ours began to change consequently. The Fall season will feature several trends that will most likely assist you in looking good even with the huge clothes on. With the following looking, I wanted to capture comfortability and also being edgy and stylish. I can see Missy Elliott or Monica rocking this outfit out as embodies alot of edge and Boldness.
The foundation for this outfit was actually the cape-panel oversized coat from Maison Margiela, featuring structured shoulders, a front button placket,, a straight hem and a cape style panel to the back. When you remove the jacket I wanted to keep the same edgy energy with the selection of a montage print silk shirt from Burberry featuring a white background that is layered images of Monkeys and trees in grey, which should work amazingly well with the jacket. As the jacket is one solid colour but the shirt is sightly busy with white areas in between and adds character to the look. Paired it up with some vintage tweed check wide-leg trousers from Dolce & Gabbana, which boast a tailored fit.
Added another Burberry item in the mix but this time is a structured leather bum bag belt with a Thomas Burberry Monogram, which also comes in brown but picked black to allow each piece in this look to have it`s moment without blending too much and you also detach the strap to carry the bag as a clutch. Selected a 18kt yellow gold ring with two separate bands, it's encrusted with shimmering diamonds from Yvonne Léon. Tied all of this up with a stylish boot from Alexander McQueen, that is a studded lace-up ankle boots.
