Award winning directors and writers Lee Daniels and Danny Strong teamed up to create an musical drama television series titled "Empire" which premiered on Fox at the beginning of the year and has received huge views and high praises from everyone who has watched it, especially people who work in the music industry as this show reflects some areas in it. The show centers around a hip hop music and entertainment company, Empire Entertainment, and the drama among the members of the founders' family as they fight for control of the company and it stars Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson among others.
